Vienna
It was very easy to loose track of time strolling though Vienna. I seemed to find myself meandering from each ornate and magnificent building or statue to the next. Completely unaware of how far or in which direction I had walked. The parks and gardens here were beautifully designed and kept perfectly tended. The atmosphere here seemed very civilized with none of the mad clashing around which I’m now inclined to associate with Mediterranean capitals. Perhaps not as “fun” as many of the other cities I visited but still enjoyed it greatly.
